Cathy Marie Homan

What can I say?? Cathy and I worked together at Quan's. She was and always will be a special person to me. I of course was there at her open casket. We shared opinions of life and gave each other advise on situations. She had a good heart and I know her soul will always be in a good place.

This is a shock for Lowell Knuth and Jackie Jones alias China Doll - she was the best - and I think still is - not sure what happened - but my prayers and thoughts are with her family and friends.

We met when we both were under a lot of pressure, you were changing your life, and I was trying to build a restaurant. In the 3 years we worked toegether, we had a lot of good times and bad, but I can only remember the good ones. People would come to your bar just to see you. You were a people person, full of charm and personailty. Although I'm 3000 miles away, and haven't seen you in 8 years, my heart aches with the news of your passing. I met you 20 years ago thru a mutual friend and right away we became friends. The time I knew you, I was always reminded that you had such a wonderful heart and great genuine personality. You are greatly missed. Love always!!

You were the first bartender I met when I came to work in Orange. You were very kind and friendly in helping me network to find a job in the "hospitality" industry. Though we were not close...I was shocked by your death..so young. Everyone will miss your smile and spirit. You always made me laugh. My condolences to Larry and your family.
