I was very saddened upon the receipt of the notice of the death of Ceasar Belser. Not only was he a fellow alumni of UAPB. We played Golf togather many times. Our God Welcomes the Soul of a fellow Graduate of the University f Arkansas Pine Bluff.

To the Family:
It is with deepest sympathy I relate my condolences. Our experience at AM&N will
always be remembered.
The Sutton Family

Cecelia, my thoughts and prayers are with you

I met Ceasar when we both worked at SBC. We were managers together and traveled on the same assignments many times. Our families came to know each other in the early years. After retirement we kept in touch and visited when we were in the area. He was a professional and a friend. We were in contact two months prior to his transition where he spoke about his love for his family.
My family and I will miss him greatly.
We are praying for the entire Belser family

To Lisa and the family, my condolences. I met Caesar in 1981. He was my trainer in St. Louis. I thought I was good but he made me better, not just for the job but for life. He taught me the value of being serious, tough minded and not taking anything for granted. These are lessons that have serve me well. He was a great mentor.

I'm thankful to have known Ceasar and played a few rounds of golf with him. I extend my condolences to his family that he has left behind. May God bless you all.

Lisa, my heart is filled with deep sympathy...I will always remember how much love you and Ceasar shared...and his love for fried chicken as I do..Love you sister...

It was my pleasure getting to know Ceasar for the short time I got to treat him.
I will be praying for your family
