Cis,was a dear tennis friend, she will be greatly missed. I remember that, she was a fun person and that she always offered everyone chewing gum, before we played tennis and that she had a real love for her animals and her family and their vacations at Lake Shasta

Cec was a remarkable person. Everyone always knew where they stood with Cec because she was open and honest about her feelings. In addition she was always on the lookout for ways she could help you, and did so at every opportunity. Cec was very giving and loving and had a good sense of humor to go with it.

Cec never did anything half way, whether it was growing houseplants, buying and doing needlework, or “collecting” parrots, cats, and / or dogs, and was generous with help and...

Cec was a loving sister-in-law to me, and a generous and loving aunt to my two sons. She enriched our lives with her love.

Cec is the sister of my sister-in-law, Evelyn Cowls. When I think of Cec I think of someone who was one of those rare and authentic people. I recall when they first moved into the home in Ridgefield how happy she was. She had a room devoted to crafts and hobbies. She loved her birds. And I recall her serious coffee-drinking habit long before the word, "Starbucks," ever existed. Since our paths did not cross regularly, I will always remember her happiness at the weddings of her two children....
