Our best memory of Cece was of her and Phil sitting on the swing in the backyard in Silverdale. A great lady devoted to her family! Cece is greatly missed.

Cecelia: I will miss you, but I have fond memories or our times ad DES so many places that we moved to, so many changes and of course the good times. You always had a smile, nothing seemed to get you down. So many times we got together after work or during lunch to have a good laugh. I will remember you and your husband having a great time.
