She was born Dec. 24, 1928, in Westphalia, Mo., a daughter of William L. and Elizabeth (Meyerpeter) Scheppers. She married Stephen Polk Player on Sept. 9, 1950....

I was so sorry to hear/read about Ceil's passing. She was a very nice lady and a great co-worker at QND (I can still hear her voice as she said, "Quincy Notre Dame," answering the office phone. My daughters all send their condolences. Please accept mine also.
