Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Rupp's passing saddens the whole High Point Heights neighborhood. She was a beloved neighbor, full of grace and charm. May God bless you and your family during this time of sorrow.

Mrs. Rupp and my mother, Ann Murphy, were caring friends, neighbors for decades in the Beltsville neighborhood where the children all grew up. Many childhood memories of her kindness and friendship. She touched so many of us...her love for others was real. It is her legacy.
Elaine Murphy Langley (MA)

to all the grandkids and great-grandkids, your grandma was a dear and generous woman. all the tears she shed the last 2 years, are now replaced with rays of sunshine and happiness! she is in Heaven!

You will be missed dear lady. Your life was full of joy! I often think at times like these of "Do you still laugh? Do you still sing?... words and ways to ease your heart when a parents dies" Autor: Melinda Augustina
Rest in peace

So very sad for my dear cousins and Aunt Vange's grandchildren. Aunt Vange was always one of my favorites. I lovely person inside and outside. Always gracious, kind and loving. Will always miss and love her. Love and peace to all of my cousins.

My dear Aunt Vange is the reason for many fond childhood and adult memories. No matter how old she was when she left this world, it still hurts to hear that she is not there, ready to make me a nice ham sandwich. .... I will always love my sweet Aunt Vange.

So sorry for the kids and grandkids. She was a fine person and I have many wonderful memories of her and Francis and the children. The consumate hostess and loved all her family. Ellen Wilkinson

I will miss Vange always. She was a wonderful aunt & friend. It was always a pleasure to see her , but I especially treasure the lunches with just the two of us. Truly an honor and a privilege to have known such a great lady.
