We are honored as a family to remember Aunt Cecelia with great fondness. We were blessed to be at her 90th Birthday Party where she was so charming and endearing. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to the Matriarch of one Russell family as we have said goodbye to so many others, but her wit and sass with be with us forever! Dear Russell family; We want to share our love & farewell of Ceil with you. My mother (Marie Millaci) quickly enjoyed Virginia Beach from New York with the friendship of Ceil. They shared trips to Roma, Atlantic City, Dover and just playing cards at Mom's @ Latitudes. Ceil, Dot and their Birthday group had fun times eating and being together.
