Cecelia was born on February 24, 1935 and passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2019. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, 11:00 am at the St. Joseph R. C. Church, with her brother Rev Vincent Stegman, CSSP officiating. Interment will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Joseph R.C.
My aunt was a quiet powerhouse. Family and faith washer driving force. She was an incredibly blessed and resolute woman, teacher and leader. She will b missed and my prayers and thoughts with my uncle Wayne and cousins. I pray that all of the family knows that they were incredibly blessed to have aunt cil in their lives for so many memorable years .
