I'm sorry to hear of Cecil's passing. He was a dear friend of our family and he will be greatly missed. The last time I talked to Cecil he was telling me about how he was going to be in the Verteran's Parade riding in an antique car. He was very proud. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
