I am so deeply saddened to read of Cecil's passing. A wonderful colleague at Upjohn/Pharmacia, a great coach to so many young people, and just a pleasure to be around. I am so sorry we will miss the memorial service. We give thanks for his service to our country, and we give thanks for the opportunity to have known Cecil.
