MONMOUTH - A memorial service for Cecil Carter Brett, 90, of Monmouth, who died March 21, 2008, at his residence in Galesburg, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Turnbull Funeral Home. Cremation was accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Monmouth College or OSF Hospice in Galesburg.
