So very sorry for your family´s loss. He had quite the personality. He was a pleasure to be around.

Gay, may God bless you and your family at this time. I know how hard and overwhelming this is. Wrap yourself around all the wonderful memories that you have shared together. May you find peace and happiness along with your children, family and friends. He will always be with you in spirit by your side.

Dear Buddin family, I am so sorry to learn of Cecil's passing. We first met when I brought his cousin, John Bruce Limehouse, to visit Cecil and his parents in 1991. We have talked several times throughout the years. He was such a nice, friendly person. I know his family and friends will miss him dearly. My prayers for comfort and peace in your time of grief.
