I first met Cecil selling biddies in his hardware/farm store off the railroad tracks on Doty Ave. He years later in private related the following: He was working at Home Depot and was opening the store one Sunday morning. Dear Buddin family, I am so sorry to learn of Cecil's passing. We first met when I brought his cousin, John Bruce Limehouse, to visit Cecil and his parents in 1991. We have talked several times throughout the years. He was such a nice, friendly person. I know his family and friends will miss him dearly. My prayers for comfort and peace in your time of grief.
