Cecil Allen Buffalo, Senior 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 10, 2014 from cancer. All services will be held at Deer Park First Baptist Church. Visitation: Monday, July 14, 6-8 pm. Funeral Service: Tuesday, July 15 at noon. Interment will follow in Livingston, Texas.

Chief Buffalo was my Navy recruiter in early 1972; he made quite an impression on me, I was just 17; my parents liked him too. I went on to a 20 year career in the Navy and I must say in hindsight that Cecil had some influence there. I greatly regret not getting in touch with him. My earnest regards and complete sympathy for you all.
