Feb 21, 1934 - Dec 27, 2015 age 81, of Columbiana, died on December 27, 2015. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Bolton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 31, 2015, at Bolton Funeral Home. Mr. Burney is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Ann Burney and a daughter, Mary Grogan. He is survived by his children: Cecilia Griffin (Paul), Linda Richards (Don), Cecil Burney, Jr. (Lucretia), Elaine Patterson (Willie); son-in-law: Ray Grogan; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
