Cecil A. Burton

When I think of Cecil I my first thoughts are of a happy friendly and kind spirit. Always a smile and a kind word. I was completely surprised and deeply saddened to learn of his passing today. My only thought of comfort is; To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Jenny may you, Shoney, Ian and all that loved Cecil so, feel the love and strength of our Heavenly Father as your journies continue. Cecil you are and will always be remembered as an amazing Man. You have contribute so much to everyone that you have made contact with. I will always remember the time we spent together in England at Mildenhall Air Base, UK. You taught me a lot about life and you save me several times from receiving an unsatisfied result during Major IG inspections. My prayers goes out to Jennifer and the kids.
