to all of cecils family,
i m so sorry to hear of our loss. i never met ya'll but i did come to know cecil as a man who was a true friend to me and blessed my family and myself many times with work. most of all he always made me smile and gave me hope,im truley going to miss his infectious positive attitude and never ending encouragement. cecil was a great guy and will be greatly missed!
