Gayle, Tyler, Rachel......heard of Cecil's passing - so very very wrong:( I'm so sorry for your loss. I still remember him coming across the street and introducing himself...over 20 yrs ago....offering his friendship/help/tools without reserve....that was just how he was: friendly smile, eager to help any way he could, incredible work ethic, loving husband and father, just an all around fantastic guy.
