I didn't know Cecil personally but would see him out on the town with Gene Hinkley every now and then, whom I have known for many years. Cecil was a very handsome and a very nice man. Now he and Gene can catch up on a heavenly cloud. Gods blessings to the family. Rest in Peace Cecil.
