I am so blessed to have met Cecil. He was like a second parent to me. He was always talking to me about school,work, and my boyfriends. Giving me advice and being honest with what he thought was best for me. I will never forget what an amazing man he was and how pure in heart he was. He lives in my heart forever. <3
