Cecil was born on September 19, 1942 and passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019. Cecil was a resident of Delaware at the time of passing. He served in the United States Marines for 4 years. Memorial services will be held 3PM, Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the USO or Wounded Warrior Project.
So Sorry for the loss of your Beloved Cecil.
He will be terribly missed by everyone in his local NRA family.
Our Family, at the personal level, have been associated with Cecil since 1987.
What a pleasant character to be around.
