Read MoreI remember Mr. Farrington from my high school days. I was in the FLHS Band and in Boy Scouts with Penn, and remember his father, who once wrote a letter or recommendation for me. He's done work over the years for my mother Dorothy, which both of us appreciate.

Dear The Farrington Family,
We are sadden by the passing of Cecil. He was a wise and kind man who never said a negative word about anyone and always a role model and inspiration to all of us.
In his professional life, since 1974 until his retirement, he represent us in difficult times and guided us with his understanding of human nature and moral standards. Personally, I can think of no one else will ever compare to his qualities and compassion.
