Not sure what to say?

I was saddened to hear of Cecil death. I remembered when he started to work at the Fed. He was a wounderful boss in check collection.

I was very sorry to learn about the death of Cecil. Roger Woods was kind enough to pass on this information. I became aquainted with Cecil while attending Rollins Elementary and went on with him through the school years at Westport High School. Cecil was well respected and well liked. My thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

I worked with and for Cecil for many years. Part of that time, I was his secretary, during the implementation of the Monetary Control Act, and was privileged to travel all of the country with him and the committee. He not only was a gentle and kind individual, he was extremely understanding, and had more knowledge in his little finger, than a lot of the officer's I worked for. I enjoyed watching his family grow, as well as viewing all his wonderful paintings. And am privileged to have one of...

The BOUNDER fraternity is proud that Cecil was a brother at UKC during the 50s. They aren't making any more of us, so his loss is special. Our regards to Sue and his family in their sorrow.

I have great memories of Cecil both at Rollins Elementary, where we used to exchange jokes in the school yard, and at Westport High School. My thoughts are with his family at this time.

I extend heart felt sympathy to Cecil's family.
I first met Cecil in 1946 when we began our high school years at Westport High School. At the conclusion of our freshman year in 1948, my family moved to Iowa, but I fondly remember Cecil. God rest Cec.

Our prayers go out to all of the family during this difficult time. May all the happy memories bring you strength.

I worked for Cecil in the Planning Department. He was not only a very kind and understanding individual, but was extremely knowledgable.

I started working on my MBA during this time and it was before the bank had a formal reimbursement policy, but Cecil never failed to approve all my tuition and books, even before I passed the classes.

I had a lot of respect for Cecil.

Our prayers are with the family.
