I have such fond memories of Cecil when I was growing up in Smithfield. He was always sincere, kind, caring, and had a smile for everyone. He will be missed by family, friends and the community. Linda and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Linda and family, I was so sorry to hear about Cecil's passing. He and your family have always been friendly and helpful to me and mine. I especially enjoying working with you all at the Little Theatre. Cecil was a treasure and will definitely be missed by all.
