Dr. Cecil Harold

My late husband, Dr. Oscar Jackson, and Dr. Harold were great friends. They met at Homer G Phillips Hospital. I never will forget the time Cecil surprised Oscar when he rang the doorbell at our home in San Francisco. It was truly a surprise because Cecil did not like to fly. That was such a special visit. My condolences to Mrs. Harold and family.

I would like to say you have my deepest sympathy. I worked with Dr. Harold at St Elizabeth Hospital and found he was an excellent surgeon. When my brother-in-law needed surgery I had him transferred from Louisiana to Houston so So Dr. Harold could do his surgery. I know he will be missed. We all knew about his cars. Maxie Titus

Around 1985 at the Pate Swap Meet several miles south of Fort Worth, Texas my colleagues and I had the pleasure of meeting "Doc" (as we called him). He was "set up" in a space next to ours with his 56 Ford pickup which we admired. Of course, the Chevy guys teased him about owning a Ford!
