Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry to learn of Cecil's suffering and his passing. We all enjoyed being friends with him in high school many years ago and meeting him from time to time at reunions. Our sympathy to all his family. For the Rogers High School Class of 1960 - Rose Patterson

Amanda, Amelia, Mamie too: Sorry we did not know of his passing until now. Although we had such a brief acquaintance, he impressed us as being a really nice person to get to know. That disease is so hard to understand, we're really hoping for some big breakthrough on cause and treatment; sorry it did not come in time to benefit him. We will be praying for the family members remaining, and especially for his mother. Comfort and strength to all, William & Martha House

Cecil was always willing to help and lend a hand. He was a man of integrity and honor. We worked together at Chrysler and retired together in 1996. My thoughts are with the family.

How tragic that Cecil had to endure Alzheimer's. He was such a great neighbor when living in Old Town. Cecil used to talk about little Emmalee quite a bit. He was quite taken with her. We'd already been missing him over here and are sorrowed over your loss. Strength and heart's peace to you, his family.

I was very sorry to hear about Cecil as I was the secretary for his department at Chrysler and did ask Fritz Freese if he saw him. We did not know where the Trinity Baptist Church was. I did call Madison.

To Cecil's Family:

Cecil and I grew up across the field from each other as cousins and friends. After losing track of him for a period of years he called my office in Huntsville one day for tax help.

We enjoyed reminiscing about past times and updating on current matters.

Cecil was a very intelligent, kind, and generous person whom I respected and valued as a relative, friend, and client for many years.

My prayers are with you in your loss.

Amanda, thanks...

I wish to send my deepest sympathy to the family. Cecil, Craig Webber, and I shared an office at CSC from 1969- 1972 and I got to know him well. He was a really nice guy and I am pained to know that he had to suffer the rages of Alzheimers. Again you have my prayers of sympathy.

To the Jenkins Family,
Cecil was my first boss out of college. I worked with him at Pentastar (Chrysler) for about 3 years. He was a kind, gentle man and I enjoyed working with him. I am very sorry for your loss and will keep you in my prayers.
