I am saddened to learn of Cecils passing. I am privileged to have him as my good friend and associate.

Dottie and I were saddened to hear about Mr. Cecil's passing. Mr. Cecil was a good and well respected man. Our hearts and prayers will be with you in the days ahead. May you turn to The Lord for strength and ecouragement.
