Not sure what to say?

Kelly & family
Your family is in my prayers during this tough time. I pray that god will give your family strenght. May your dad rest in peace.

My sympathies go out to everyone who knew Cecil Manning. He was a wonderful person and could always bring a smile to my face. My prayers will include all of the Manning family for comfort and understanding and acceptance of his death.

Barbara,
Alothough I have not been in contact with you in many years, I have fond memories of the Manning family. My deepest sympathy and prayers. Love, JoAnn Scott and Bobby Fowler

Dad, I miss you so much already. I didn't know my heart could hurt this much. I cry and want you here for selfish reasons. I was not ready to let go. I know you are in a better place where you can move freely with no pain and for that, I am so happy for you. Time will heal my heart and the tears will eventually stop. I will always have my memories of you until we see each other again. I love you and may you now rest in peace. Until we meet again.... Kelly Walter "THE BABY".

Heaven has a new angel to have fun with. Miss you Papa!!!

TO KNOW HIM WAS TO LOVE HIM,THANKS FOR SHARING HIM.

Cecil (Charlie)

You were a joy to work with, even when I irritated you by being so perky in the middle of the night! I will miss you.We had it wrong,I should have been Charlie, and you should have been Angel!

Jo (Angel)

I worked with Cecil for many years in the shipyard and considered him to be a very good friend and a true bluegrass buddy. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss.
