I have only known Mr. Cecil for a short time, but the first time I meet Mr. Cecil, it seemed as if I had knew him long ago. He made me laugh the entire time, but it is something he said to me that I will never forget, "DONT LET PEOPLE STRESS YOU OUT". A good man gone too soon. Rest In Peace

The pain I feel can't be explained in words especially when Cecil knew me before I knew myself. Growing up in the same house together created a bond in the heart that could never be broken.
