I worked with Cecil at Mobil until his retirement. He was an excellent machinist and worked very hard; an ideal employee. He loved his family and spoke of them often with great fondness and love. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

I was Minister of Education at Northway and considered Cecil and IB among the finest supporters of the Church and of my ministry as well as being genuine friends to my wife Martha and me. They were in our home on many occasions during Christmas seasons. They were great and lovely people. My wife and I are both ill and cannot attend the memorial service, but want to offer our condolences to the family. Fred R. Neyland, Retired
