I can't believe that Cecil is gone from us. He is one of the finest and most honorable men that I have ever known. Working with him was one of the high periods in my working career. He will truly be missed.

Sorry to hear of Cecil's death. I worked with Cecil at Thiokol many years ago. He was a technican in Lab at that time. We were both very young. Cecil was a fine Christian man and will be missed by many. You'll have my deepest sympathy.
