I can't believe that Cecil is gone from us. He is one of the finest and most honorable men that I have ever known. Working with him was one of the high periods in my working career. He will truly be missed.

LINDA,
YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE IN MY PRAYERS. CECIL WILL BE MISSED BY ALL AT THE PARKWAY. HIS WONDERFUL OUTLOOK ON LIFE WAS EVIDENT IN HIS SMILING FACE. HE WAS FINE CHRISTIAN MAN.

Sorry to hear of Cecil's death. I worked with Cecil at Thiokol many years ago. He was a technican in Lab at that time. We were both very young. Cecil was a fine Christian man and will be missed by many. You'll have my deepest sympathy.
