Read MoreAlthough Cecil was my cousin by marriage only, he was still one of my favorite cousins. In all of the years that I knew him (almost all of my 62 years), I never heard him say an ill or unkind word to or about anyone. I'm sad for all of those close to him, Luci, his children and all of his neices and nephews that he treated like his children. Love to all of you.

So sorry to hear about Mr. Paul's sudden passing. I didn't know him except to see him when he came by to drop off magazines at Paine Primary. He was always so happy and cheerful. God bless you all.
