I am so sorry for your loss. I just found out today about Cecil. I worked with Cecil at Fred Jones Ford for many years. He was a dear man and one that I looked up to. I will always remember his famous Divinity, and how his eyes would light up talking about Wanda and their beautiful flowers. I will always have fond memories of him. My thoughts and Prayers are with you all.
