Read MoreI did not know about Cecil's passing and am so sorry to hear the news. He and his wife, Evelyn were clients, who loved to cruise. They were friends for many years. Cecil had a wonderful sense of humor, loved life and loved living in Cleveland. My husband and I visited in their home and Cecil gave Jim the "tour" of his property and met his animals that he loved. He was a delightful person and will be missed.
