The world,s lost one of its best but Heaven is rejoicing! I have many fond memories of Cecil when we lived in Orlando and he was Herb's boss at IR. May you rest in peace Cecil with your beautiful Della Ann.

Cecil was one of my best friends and the best boss I ever had. I will miss you Friend.

Dear Hal, We have thought of you so much the last several years. All of you have meant so much to us but did not know how to get in touch with you. We are so sorry about your Dad. All of us had many good times. Our prayers are

Hal, you are in our prayers. Your Dad was a wonderful man. We are out of town but will be in touch. God bless you.

Dad, You will forever and always be in my heart and thoughts each and every day for as long as I live. You will never be forgotten. You were a wonderful father. God Bless You! Love Always! Your Son.

Cecil was the one who first interviewed me in St Louis that started my life in the air tool business and we both after several years with IR went to Dresser. Many tools shows and many NASCAR races together. Cecil will be missed I am sure he has gone on to a better place.

Cecil was one of a kind and a major part in the great memories I have from Ingersoll-Rand.
I will always remember his exercise program at the Don Cesar Hotel in 1979!
