From the time that I first met Cecil going back to the days when we were both students at Hampton Institute (University) in the mid `60's, it was clear that here was a man of integrity and promise. Cecil and I were classmates and for our senior year off campus roommates while attending Hampton University. He was a good friend and the epitome of a very cool and classy guy from the New York/New Jersey area.
