Dear Kathy and family,
I am saddened by your loss. Cecil and I worked together at the 209th for many years and I will remember his cheerful smile and happy demeanor. He will live on in our memories.

Kathy and Kimberly we are so sorry to hear about Cecil. We will always remember that laugh and how hard he worked at the station he was a great employee. Those were some good times. Seems like yesterday. Our prayers are with you at this difficult time. We are a phone call away!

Cecil was a 2nd grade classmate of mine. I remember him as a funny, young boy. I am sorry he was sick and left this earth too early. His smile will always be what I remember these 54 years later. I am so sorry for the family's loss.
