Not sure what to say?

I hadn't heard of his passing and wanted to call him this morning as I was passing through Grass Valley. My heartfelt condolences to Rachel and Jacob. His friend from Modesto. Roxie

We loved Cecil, and deeply appreciate what a wonderful asset he was to the community. We even named a puppy after him years ago! Bless you Cecil, and thanks for the happy memories.

Kathleen, your beautiful family and your 4 footed furry friends! This is so eloquently written! Even if you didn´t know him, you would feel as though he was a good friend which is perfect as he was a good friend to every person he met! He had a zest for life that he shared openly and loved unconditionally!! Every time I saw him there was a smile on his face, a story, a joke which made everyone smile! His acts of kindness and love have been cherished by all who encountered him for the first...

Single Memorial Tree

Another wonderful person now wears angle wings. We are blessed to have been in their company and will miss their humor and contributions to family and community.

This is beautiful, and I´m so glad you enjoyed life together!! We continue to pray and love you all very much

A good life, old friend.

I worked with Cecil in the County Public Works Department. He was a valued member of the team. His positive attitude, common sense and work ethic made him fun to work with. His participation in the County Fair, Victorian Christmas and other events made them better. He will be missed by friends and the community.

What an exceptional person he was! The Fair will never be the same without him and his energy. Carolyn
