We loved Cecil, and deeply appreciate what a wonderful asset he was to the community. We even named a puppy after him years ago! Bless you Cecil, and thanks for the happy memories.

Kathleen, your beautiful family and your 4 footed furry friends! This is so eloquently written! I worked with Cecil in the County Public Works Department. He was a valued member of the team. His positive attitude, common sense and work ethic made him fun to work with. His participation in the County Fair, Victorian Christmas and other events made them better. He will be missed by friends and the community.
