A good life, old friend.

I worked with Cecil in the County Public Works Department. He was a valued member of the team. His positive attitude, common sense and work ethic made him fun to work with. His participation in the County Fair, Victorian Christmas and other events made them better. He will be missed by friends and the community.

What an exceptional person he was! The Fair will never be the same without him and his energy. Carolyn
