Not sure what to say?

I was saddened to see that Mr. Cecil has passed on; I was sad that I had not contacted him during the past 15 years to let him know that my life is blessed and wonderful and he played a huge role in that happening. I am a former client of his home counseling ministry; I reached out to him when I had my first and then my last teenager, and a painful, abusive marriage. He was patient and wise and calm and caring. My children are fine today - as he told me they would be - and I am happily...

So sorry for your loss. He was a great and loving and caring man .

I always liked to hear his stories, and I wish I could sing as high as him. He helped me too with some issues. Thank you for sharing your life with us Mr Watts.

I am so sorry to hear of Cecil's passing. He counseled our daughter and me many years ago, and I will forever consider him a good friend.

Cecil was a great guy. He sang at our wedding in 1958.

I loved visiting with Edna and Cecil in their home in Rayville. I remember trying watermelon for the first time out by their pool. My mom and I are deeply saddened by Cecil's passing and our condolences are with the family.

We will remember Cecil as a kind, sincere, and intelligent southern gentleman. Cecil leaves this earth a better place for having devoted his life both professionally and personally in caring for others. Sincere condolences to all of Cecil's family and friends. Larry and Jennifer Sheffield

Anita, so sorry to hear about your Dad! He was always so kind to me. Every time we ran into each other he would give me the latest news of you. He would grin so from ear to ear when telling me if you because you were always his pride and joy! We would always laugh when discussing the gremlins-ha! Love and hugs to you.
