Read MoreI am sorry to hear of Cecil passing. I hadn't had any contact with Cecil since 1957 and I had the opportunity to speak with him last year 2012 over the phone. We had a great conversation and were going to keep in touch. Cecil was a school mate and friend during my teenage years.He was a good person and God be with the loved ones he left behind.

To the Witcher family, may God continue to bless you and keep you safe in His arms. Although Cecil and I didn't talk alot, when we did it was meaningful. My last memory of Cecil will always remain with me, him dancing at our Gaston reunion afew years ago, he really enjoyed himself. May you have peace during this time of transition.
