Cecil was born on November 8, 1957 and passed away in February 2018. Cecil was a resident of Lenexa, Kansas at the time of passing. He graduated from Russell High School in 1976, and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in 1981. Funeral services will be held at Colonial Church ? 7039 Mission Rd, Prairie Village, KS 66208 ? on Saturday February 24, 2018. ? Visitation will be from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, followed by a memorial service at 12:30, and burial at Johnson County Memorial Gardens 11200 Metcalf Ave at 2:30.
