Cecile Ferrand

I met Cecile in 1983. When I joined the Eastern Star, she was a founding member and a few years later I got to know her as a woman of God, a virtues woman. I was saddened to learn of her passing, but, I know she wouldn´t want me to greave, because she was that kind of person. To the family hold on to Gods unchanging hands. Because we loved Her, but God loved Her more. Remember, if you ever need someone to talk to, I´m here always, Lavern Williams Cowart
