Cecilia was my first manager at CIBC when I started in 1980. She was most conscientious and diligent in her responsibilities. She surprised me with her viewpoints in many ways but this only made her more interesting to know. After leaving CIBC, I would run into her at the YE Centre and it was always a pleasure to converse and reminisce. My sincerest condolences to her family.
