Died Oct. 13, 2005 The funeral service for Cecilio Palacios, 39, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Berryhill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday.
