Not sure what to say?

Hoping with time some of this heartbreak has Lessened your pain. He may be gone but he left a large impression on me and it was a honor working with him in helping to build his dream home. My sincere condolences to the whole Brown family today and always. God Bless

Mrs. Ellen Brown, Deb, Chris, wife an children - my deepest sympathy for your loss. RIP Rick !!!

I am so sorry for your loss. I work at 2/90 Sign Systems and have communicated with Rick for several years. He was always such a pleasure to speak with and was always in a great mood. Please know your family is in my thoughts.

Diane, Ryan and Mandi,
So sorry to hear about Rick. First time I was formally introduced to him (when he and Ryan came to pick up Kate) I told him I recognized him from the Liberty football games. He told me not to hold that against Ryan - he's a good kid. My sympathy to all of you. You are in my prayers.

Diane and family ...so sorry to read of your loss...my thoughts and prayers are with you

Diane - Angela and I were deeply saddened to learn of Rick's passing; we so enjoyed being with you and him at our USMA Reunion just a few short months ago. For those of us who shared the experience of being F-1 company mates in the Class of 1973, there is no other word to describe the relationship other than as brothers. I'll miss my brother Rick.

Dave Ramm USMA 1973 F-1

I knew cousin Rick since we were young. He and I shared the Army experience and he was one of the few who took me out for a meal when I returned from Iraq in 2004. I also had the chance to meet his classmate from West Point, Gen. Abazaid, while in Baghdad.

I will miss Rick and offer my sincerest sympathy to Aunt Ellen and the other Browns.

Dear Diane and family, Rick was one of a kind good, kind, and rich with his smile. He always was happy and had a catchy smile. So saddened by this tragedy God be with u and your family at this most difficult time.

Tom and Donna Tonkin RIP

To the Brown Family:
Rick's love of family and life are the dominant themes we see reading the many messages. I was a company mate of Rick's at West Point. As Ryan can attest, those were challenging times, mentally and physically. Through it all Rick provided a great measure of comic relief that helped me get through some particularly rough times. I will be forever greatful that I had the chance to know Rick and got to call him my friend.
