I am saddened by this news. Cedric was one of my greatest mentors, and great friend. He will be greatly missed and his advice and leadership to the community will also be missed. So shocked to hear that Cedric has passed. I have known him since his high school days working together at the Dutch Pantry while I was in nursing school. Kept up with him throughout the years & just saw that big smile recently.
