I literally picked up the phone to dial Ced this morning..and realized he will no longer sit on the phone with me for hours talking about nothing. He will no longer be there when I am having a bad day. He is no longer available to discuss how we should eat better..do better.
Ced was such a beautiful soul. He will be missed...
