BORCKARDT, Celestine A. "Sally" - Of Grand Blanc, age 92, died Saturday, November 4, 2006 at her residence. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM Thursday, November 9, 2006 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11824 South Saginaw Street in Grand Blanc, Father Steve Anderson officiating. Burial in Fountain Grove Cemetery in Bryan, Ohio. Those desiring may make contributions to Holy Family Catholic Church. Visitation 5-8PM Tuesday and 11AM-3 and 5-8PM Wednesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Prayer Service will be held at 7PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Borckardt will be at the church from 9:30AM Thursday until the time of the Mass. Celestine was born in Edon, Ohio. Surviving are children, Robert Borckardt of Tecumseh, Michigan, Catherine and husband Douglas Ransdell of Ossineke, Michigan, Richard Borckardt of Ohio, Patricia and husband Gregory Payne of Grand Blanc and Barbara Weigert of Germany; grandchildren, Dr. Jeffrey (Deza) Borckardt, Sarah Ransdell (Dr. Christopher) Bayer, Leslie Ransdell, Jennifer, Matthew and Katelyn Payne, Yvonne and Jasmine Weigert; sisters, Beatrice Szeman of Chelsea, Loretta Burch of Clayton and Rita (Sidney) Hancock of Florida; sister-in-law, Letha Stark of Ohio; brother, Vincent (Judith) Stark of Bryan, Ohio; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
