It was my good fortune to have known and worked with Cesar. Though we talked about work the conversation always came around to family. First, he would ask how my family was doing and then he spoke with great pride as he talked about his. A good person who will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I WORKED WITH CESAR AT THE USPS. A WONDERFUL FAMILY MAN THAT ALWAYS HAD A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY.

I will miss you forever and always I will miss the memories but they will be counted we wear not ready for you to go 67 is away to young for you to go you will be missed I love you so much forever and aways soak up on the beach because that´s where you wanted to be all the time is the beach each over everyone. I had so much fun with you awls it lasted if I would of knew you wear not gone be here anymore I would have made the memories last longer rest in peace love you

It's still not real after 25 years together I don't know what to do without you. We are heartbroken this took the wind out of our sails. I do hope you are running on the beach soaking up the sun. We will forever miss you and love you. Spread your wings over us and keep us safe.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. He was a great guy I worked wit my dad at the post office we enjoyed time together he will be greatly missed by his kids and grand kids he loved going out to eat wit the grandkids and the beach he enjoyed talking sports
