CESAR RUIZ

Although we do not know Cesar, we were honored to remember him today, Memorial Day, May 28, 2018, at his grave site. We'd like to think it was a God thing that a family member asked how much we charged for our memorial services and we, as fellow veterans, refused any monetary benefit as it is ALWAYS our privilege to honor our fellow brothers and sisters in arms. Thank you for your service, Cesar, & know that you are never forgotten. Peace, love and blessings to your family. Members of VFW...

I served with Cesar in the Navy, and recently heard of his passing. I have fond memories of Cesar. He was truly full of joy, and it pains me to hear of his pain. I hope time has brought you all peace.

To sum up cesar in a whole is unreal its just not able to be done, but do you wanna talk about a guy tht always had an influence on others and always followed through thts the man i knew, thts the man i became friends with long ago,it is truly a pleasure to know cesar and the people tht know him

I just became aware of Cesar's death and I am profoundly saddend. I had the great pleasure of coaching Cesar in basketball when he was in 7th grade. I hear he grew up into an exceptional man. My sympathies are with all who loved him.
