I just recently learned the Mrs. Ceybil Jefferies had transitioned. I loved her music. I got to admit when I heard her track in 1990 " So Special", I actually got hooked into House Music. As of today 30 years stong into House Music. Ms. Ceybil Jefferies will never be forgotten. R.I.P!
